How much is my device worth?
It depends on the model, storage and condition, so we make the offer after a quick check in store. Text us a photo and the model for a heads up before you visit.
What devices do you buy?
Phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches and game consoles from brands like Apple, Samsung, Google, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo. Not sure? Send us a photo.
Do you buy cracked or broken devices?
Yes, we buy many damaged devices. Send a photo or bring it in so we can check the model and condition.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Both stores are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Closed Sunday.
What should I bring?
Your device and a valid photo ID. You must be 18 or older. Bring the charger and box if you have them.
Do I need to reset my device first?
Please back it up, turn off Find My and sign out of your accounts. If you get stuck, we can help you at the counter.
Why do you need my ID?
We record the seller's details for every device we buy. It protects you and helps keep stolen devices off our shelves.
How do I get paid?
Accept the in store offer and we pay you in cash, on the spot.
Can I get my device back after I sell it?
No. Once the sale is complete it's final, so make sure you've saved everything you need first.
Do you sell devices too?
Yes. We sell tested, wiped phones, tablets, laptops and consoles. Stock changes daily, so text us what you're looking for.
